The Project Management Board (PMB) consists of 9 representatives and is established to support the coordinator and agree the way forward for the project. The Board comprises the coordinator from IFAH-Europe, and 8 other representatives selected from the stakeholders. There will also be observers from the relevant Commission DG as appropriate.
The activities of the PMB are as follows:
To review and monitor the entire programme
To decide on strategies within the framework of the project.
To develop the strategies for the exploitation and dissemination of information from the project.
To receive recommendations from the Advisory Council
To accept responsibility to run the workshops, chairing meetings and identifying on the advice of the Advisory Council the participants at the workshops
To provide regular statements on the implementation of the activities of the Project
